About Our Team
Susan and I have been dealing with construction and real estate for many years. We worked together in my practice as a Realtor in British Columbia. Upon arriving in Nova Scotia, we purchased a 110 year-old home that had been abandoned for 35 years. We rolled up our sleeves, grabbed our tools and, with the help of Digby’s finest trades people, we breathed new life into it.
Once that was completed, we embarked on a residential development project in Digby where we have, to date, built and sold two beautiful single-family, acreage homes and are working on an oceanfront cottage development.
The pull to use our experience in real estate, renovations, home building and development coupled with Susan’s 30+ years as an interior /home designer has naturally led us back to professional real estate.
We can bring a great deal of insight and experience to bear in helping our customers make sound, informed decisions when selling or buying their home or investing in real estate. The best part is that it is work that we both genuinely love to do.

Construction, renovations and real estate have played a very significant role in my life. My father was a carpenter and, as a young girl I was often on the worksites with him. Reading the plans and discussing what he was doing fascinated me. After high school I followed my heart and went into Interior Design school in both the US and Canada. I have been fortunate to work on projects throughout Alberta, British Columbia and Panama City. Recently, I designed the floorplans for the two homes we built in Digby.

I have been fortunate to work with all of Greg's clients who are preparing to sell their homes.
