As we move into the 'Silly Season,' real estate prices continue to rise in Nova Scotia. Although we remain well below other areas of Canada, the trend lines continue to go up and to the right. It is important to remember that the Halifax area dominates this increase. Digby County seems to be bucking the trend as prices are slightly up this April from last, while year over year, they are down 15.7%!
